  • New items or items out of stock
    If you want something we do not currently have on our website - please contact us via our contact form with details of the item and we will look into stocking that item in the future. If you want an item that is showing 'out of stock', please let us know. We may have more on order already in which case we can let you know when stock is due to arrive, or can place an additional order.
  • Shipping
    Your order will be packed and shipped 1-2 business days after being placed. All shipping is overnight courier - signature not required. Your tracking number will be emailed to you - please follow the link for track and trace. Please note - COVID-19 may cause courier delays, this is out of our hands.
  • Returns
    We cannot refund you if you have changed your mind about a purchase. If your item is faulty, you are covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act and we will work with you to remedy this.
